1. In a small stock pot or teapot pour in the Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Coconut Oil, Honey, and Ginger Root.
  2. Cook the ingredients on medium heat for one minute, stirring to blend. 
  3. Next, pour in the vanilla almond milk and lavender tea into the teapot. Brew on medium heat for 3 minutes, until it comes to a simmer. 
  4. Place a small strainer over your cup and pour in the latte. 
  5. Optional: if you want to create some foam you can whisk the latte with a matcha whisk, in a figure 8 motion, rapidly, until bubbles form.
